Explore the Swaay.Health Live 2024 Program & Unique Session Formats

After a lot of hard work, we’ve published the full program for the upcoming Swaay.Health Live 2024 conference. With over 50 sessions and a wide variety of formats, this is going to be our best program yet. We’ll be covering a wide variety of topics at the conference from our most diverse set of speakers yet. There’s going to be a little something for everyone.

Unique Session Formats

Along with some of the more traditional panels and presentations, we’re testing out a number of new formats and approaches including: Debates, Fireside Chat, Workshops, AMA (Ask Me Anything), and more. We think these new approaches will provide a really unique opportunity to drive a fresh perspective on topics from the first hand experience of our speakers. Plus, you’ll enjoy some of our popular panels we do each year such as our customer panel and our press panel.

Along with these sessions, we’ll be doing 6 different unconference sessions. These are often the most talked about sessions at Swaay.Health. Each unconference has a topic and the attendees at the conference put their questions down on a sheet of paper and other attendees can vote them up. Then, those questions serve as the format for the unconference session where a facilitator leads the audience through a discussion of the questions. It’s the perfect place to get your questions answered while sharing your own expertise and experience with the rest of the community.

Provider Marketing and Communications Track

We’re also excited to have a brand new track at the conference that’s focused on marketing and communication professionals at provider organizations. Swaay.Health will always be a great home for the healthcare B2B marketing professional, but we’re excited to offer this track dedicated to helping marketing and communication professionals at hospitals, health systems, and medical practices as well. Plus, I think we’re going to enjoy some nice cross pollination of ideas and inspiration between the B2B and B2C marketing professionals that attend.

Keynotes

On Tuesday we’ll be kicking off the event with an inspirational Patient Keynote from Kristy Dickinson which you won’t want to miss. There’s nothing better than starting off Swaay.Health with a reminder of why what we do in healthcare marketing and PR is so important. Wednesday, be sure to join us for the Swaay.Health by the Numbers keynote session where we’ll share the results of our latest Swaay.Health marketing survey (You can still take part in the survey) along with other data we’ve collected.

First Time Attendee Meetup

We know how hard it can be for first time attendees to a conference. Especially when you show up and many people seem to all know each other. The first time attendee meetup kicking off at 8 AM on Tuesday is the perfect solution to this challenge. Join us at the meetup where you can get all your questions about the conference answered and you can make a group of new friends. We invite a number of long time members of the community to join us at the meetup and you’ll get a chance to connect with them and other first time attendees. These connections will change how you experience the rest of the event.

Swaay.Health Awards

We’re excited to bring the Swaay.Health Awards presentation back to the conference. In fact, we’ll be breaking up the awards and giving some out each day on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Be sure to join us for the awards each day so you can learn from the successes that are shared and celebrate your peers for the great healthcare marketing and communications work they’re doing.

Evening Social Event
